My internet connection doesn’t work with an ANDROID: How to activate MUCHO mobile services?

Some newer phones require a properly configured internet connection in order to connect the smartphone to the MUCHO network.

To do this, it is necessary to properly configure your APN. Without this, the phone may not connect to the mobile network or incoming calls may not work.

Here is how to connect your smartphone to the network once your Sim is inserted into your smartphone.

  1. In your phone settings, go to the connections menu
  2. Select Mobile Networks, then find the Access Point Name (APN)
  3. Select MUCHO for the name and INTERNET for the APN
  4. Save and restart your phone.

  2. Select the Service Configuration menu.
  3. Go to the “Voicemail Settings” tab and click edit.
  4. You can then choose to activate and deactivate your voicemail whenever you want.

How do I listen to voicemails left on my voicemail?

To listen to your voice messages, search your contacts for the name “MUCHO Voicemail” and call this contact. Alternatively, you can call directly from with your MUCHO number at +41 77 807 07 07. Your voice messages will be read directly.
