What do I do if my phone is roaming when I am in Switzerland?

In border areas, it may happen that your phone switches to Roaming network in the neighboring country.

To avoid this, we recommend you to disable data roaming (or data abroad) in your phone settings.

To do this, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to your phone settings.
  2. Select your phone’s internet settings.
  3. In the options click on disable data roaming.

This way, your phone will stay on the Swiss network and will not be able to connect while roaming. You can reactivate this option at any time when traveling abroad.
