Controlli preliminari<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assicurati che la <strong>eSIM MUCHO<\/strong> sia attivata e selezionata come linea principale per chiamate\/SMS.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Impostazioni &gt; Dati cellulare &gt; Linea predefinita = MUCHO<\/strong> (o Principale o il nome che hai dato alla SIM MUCHO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifica che la linea <strong>MUCHO<\/strong> possa inviare SMS (necessario per attivare <strong>iMessage<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assicurati che la connessione a Internet <strong>(Wi-Fi<\/strong> o <strong>4G\/5G<\/strong>) funzioni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. <strong>Disattivare e riattivare iMessage<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vai su <strong>Impostazioni<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Messaggi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disattiva <strong>iMessage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riavvia l\u2019iPhone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Torna su <strong>Impostazioni<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Messaggi<\/strong> e riattiva <strong>iMessage<\/strong>.<br>\u26a0\ufe0f L\u2019iPhone invia automaticamente un SMS internazionale ad <strong>Apple<\/strong> per attivare <strong>iMessage<\/strong>. Di solito \u00e8 immediato, ma pu\u00f2 richiedere fino a 24 ore.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>3. Verifica dell\u2019associazione del numero MUCHO<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vai su <strong>Impostazioni<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Messaggi<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Invia e ricevi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifica che il tuo numero <strong>MUCHO<\/strong> sia presente e selezionato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se \u00e8 selezionata solo l\u2019email <strong>Apple ID<\/strong> \u2192 attendi qualche minuto o ripeti il processo di disattivazione\/riattivazione.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Procedi allo stesso modo per FaceTime<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Impostazioni<\/strong> &gt; <strong>FaceTime<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Disattiva \/ Riattiva<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifica che il numero <strong>MUCHO<\/strong> sia selezionato in <strong>Raggiungibile a<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Passaggi di risoluzione dei problemi (in caso di errore)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verifica che <strong>data\/ora<\/strong> siano impostate automaticamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assicurati che l\u2019iPhone sia aggiornato (<strong>iOS<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rimuovi e reinserisci la eSIM (o riavvia dopo l\u2019attivazione).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se il problema persiste: contatta <strong>MUCHO<\/strong> per verificare che la linea possa inviare\/ricevere SMS, oppure <strong>Apple Support<\/strong> se il problema riguarda ancora l\u2019attivazione Apple.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Processo di configurazione iMessage 1.
