Verifica\u00e7\u00f5es preliminares<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certifique-se de que o <strong>eSIM MUCHO<\/strong> est\u00e1 ativado e selecionado como linha principal para chamadas\/SMS.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajustes &gt; Dados celulares &gt; Linha padr\u00e3o = MUCHO<\/strong> (ou Principal ou o nome que voc\u00ea deu ao SIM MUCHO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifique se a linha <strong>MUCHO<\/strong> pode enviar SMS (necess\u00e1rio para ativar o <strong>iMessage<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifique se a conex\u00e3o com a Internet <strong>(Wi-Fi<\/strong> ou <strong>4G\/5G<\/strong>) est\u00e1 funcionando.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. <strong>Desativar e reativar o iMessage<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e1 para <strong>Ajustes<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Mensagens<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desative o <strong>iMessage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reinicie o iPhone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volte para <strong>Ajustes<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Mensagens<\/strong> e reative o <strong>iMessage<\/strong>.<br>\u26a0\ufe0f O iPhone envia automaticamente um SMS internacional para a <strong>Apple<\/strong> para ativar o <strong>iMessage<\/strong>. Normalmente \u00e9 imediato, mas pode levar at\u00e9 24 horas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>3. Verificar a associa\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero MUCHO<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e1 para <strong>Ajustes<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Mensagens<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Enviar e Receber<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifique se o seu n\u00famero <strong>MUCHO<\/strong> aparece e est\u00e1 marcado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se apenas o e-mail do <strong>Apple ID<\/strong> estiver marcado \u2192 aguarde alguns minutos ou repita o processo de desativa\u00e7\u00e3o\/reativa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Fa\u00e7a o mesmo para o FaceTime<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajustes<\/strong> &gt; <strong>FaceTime<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Desativar \/ Reativar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifique se o n\u00famero <strong>MUCHO<\/strong> est\u00e1 marcado em <strong>Alcan\u00e7\u00e1vel em<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
