Installation on Android (Samsung)
Before you start :
- Display the MUCHO QR code on another device.
- Check that you have a stable Internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended).
- The single-use QR code.
- Do not delete the eSIM after installation, as it cannot be reinstalled.
Installation steps :
- Open Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Add SIM.
- Touch Scan a QR code (or the camera opens automatically).
- Scan the MUCHO QR code displayed on the other device
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the eSIM profile
Installation on iPhone
Before you start :
- Display the MUCHO QR code on another device.
- Check that you have a stable Internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended).
- The single-use QR code.
- Do not delete the eSIM after installation, as it cannot be reinstalled.
Installation steps :
- Open Settings > Cellular data.
- Touch Add eSIM.
- Select Use QR code.
- Scan the MUCHO QR code displayed on the other device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the eSIM profile.

What should I do if installation or activation doesn’t work?
- Check your Internet connection. Remember: your Internet connection must be stable (Wi-Fi recommended).
- Restart your phone after installation
- If the Internet doesn’t work, check the APN configuration

- Make sure your device is up to date (iOS or Android)
How do I transfer my eSIM or switch back to a physical SIM?
- Transfert vers un nouvel appareil :
- Récupérer l’email nommé « Installez votre eSIM dès maintenant» contenant le QR code reçu précédemment. (Si vous n’êtes plus en possession de cet email, contactez notre service client pour demander un nouveau QR code.)
- Delete the eSIM on your old phone

- Back to a physical SIM : contact our Customer Service department to request a new physical SIM.
- If you lose or change your phone: contact our customer service department to deactivate your current eSIM and generate a new one.
