I received a message saying my phone was not compatible, but it seems to work. Why?

Some phones may be compatible with 4G calling (VoLTE) depending on several factors, including:

• the installed software version (Requirement: Android 15 or iOS 16),
• the network settings enabled on the device,
• the effective registration of the phone on the VoLTE network.

If your phone can make calls over 4G (VoLTE), no change is required.
