Is it possible to have my online subscription refunded?

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing a subscription online.

However, as a commercial gesture, MUCHO offers a refund of the first month of the subscription (excluding the activation fee), provided that the SIM card has not yet been shipped.

The refund is made directly to the payment card used for the purchase.
