This is normal. Several situations can explain it:
1. Shipments are done in batches
New SIM cards are sent out in waves.
If several of your numbers require replacement, you will receive their SIM cards in separate letters, sometimes a few days apart.
2. Your other number may not need a replacement
If the SIM card for your other number was sent on or after September 1st 2025, it is already compatible with our network update.
In this case, no replacement is needed.
3. Any SIM card requiring replacement will automatically be sent by mail
You do not need to take any action:
- If a SIM card needs to be replaced, you will receive it automatically by mail.
- If you receive nothing, your current SIM card is already compatible.
